Project Overview

This project takes a two-decade-old independent house and rebuilds it from the inside out: structural strengthening, a reworked floor plan, new electrical and plumbing systems, and contemporary finishes throughout.

The family continues to own a home in the neighbourhood they love — now engineered and finished to today's standards.
