Project Overview

The Signature Villa is a 4,500 sq. ft. duplex residence designed for a family that wanted generous shared spaces without compromising privacy. The plan follows Vastu principles while maximising natural light and cross-ventilation in every room.

The structure uses an RCC-framed system with M25-grade concrete and Fe550 steel, engineered for long-term durability. Finishes combine natural stone, teak accents, and premium vitrified flooring.
